AM2R Enters Its Final Year of Execution and Bolsters International Presence at the Toronto Bicycle Show and E-Bike Expo, March 7-9.
Within the framework of the final year of implementation of AM2R – The Mobilizing Agenda for Industrial Innovation in the Two-Wheel Sector, the Portuguese consortium led by ABIMOTA is participating in the Toronto Bicycle Show and E-Bike Expo (March 7-9) in Canada. This mission aims to disseminate the results achieved since 2021 and consolidate Portugal as a leader in soft mobility and two-wheel technology, at a critical juncture to capitalize on investments exceeding €210 million from the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP).
Focus on Visibility and Strategic Markets
Participation in the Toronto fair presents an opportunity to showcase technological advancements and attract partnerships in the North American market, which accounts for 20% of sector exports. According to Gil Nadais, General Secretary of ABIMOTA:
